We just released a hotfix to the previous C# SDKs. The new v220.127.116.11 fixes an issue with Custom Authentication to now actually send the values provided. You can achieve the very same fix by changing LoadBalancingPeer.OpAuthenticate. The check “if (string.IsNullOrEmpty(authValues.AuthParameters))” must be inverted: if (!string.IsNullOrEmpty(authValues.AuthParameters)). Download v18.104.22.168 here.
